We manifacture the premier tool for booster installation in Holley Carburetors. They make booster installation a snap providing a perfect leak proof seal & align the boosters properly. Our tool comes complete for installing all conventional drop-leg or straight leg boosters. We also make an additional adapter (available seperately) to install annular boosters. Throttle bores are prone to wear out in Holley carburetors much more so than the throttle shafts. They normally wear because of operation in dirty envirenments or by not using a throttle stop. We make a great tool to remedy this situation. Our Throttle Shaft Bushing Kit properly aligns even worn out throttle bores & machines them to the correct size to install a special bronze bushings (provided with kit). This is a much better solution than having the shafts ride on cast aluminum. Our tool is a special machined reverse cut machining & reaming tool all in one & will provide years of trouble free service. Additional bushings are available seperately. Complete with instructions.

We provide a variety of special taps for Holley carburetors. Holley used some really strange thread pitches when designing this great carburetor & since the thread sizes are different these are special made taps. Great for re-tapping & cleaning up existing threads or for making new ones. They come skin packaged for display.

For quick fine tuning of fuel circuits including idle, intermediate, high speed, and power valve channel we offer do it yourself adjustable bleed kits. These kits allow you to custom tailor circuit enrichment & timing in seconds for precision tuning. Kits include all the necessary hardware including drill bits, taps, allen wrench, instructions and bleeds for easy installation. #7920 Bleed Kit requires no body machining on 4150 carburetors. New #7932 kit is designed for HP’s and Dominators and features 10-32 thread with slotted head for tuning ease.

We have yet to see a true carburetor work fixture or one that actually works. This one does! It holds the carburetor securely & allows rotation in any direction easily & quickly. The fixture is totally self contained & can be mounted to a workbench or vise. This fixture is sturdy enough to use a hammer on and sets up in about 10 seconds. This tool is a real time saver when rebuilding, modifying, porting, or whatever.
